Don’t remember who I bought the car from but 2 ladies were working when I visited. Car was about as accurate as you can get in description, full service history. They were able to provide additional 3rd party warranty coverage and even gave me a bit of fuel with the car too. Bought in February 2023 and car is still running well now in January 2024. Honest dealership from my experience.

When looking for a car we ad seen one on the website that we loved. Not only was the car the one we wanted but the service help and friendliness of the staff was absolutely amazing. We went back. After my accident I needed a new car. I did look around, found another one at bcw and knew instantly that this was the car for me. Knowing the great service bcw provided last time just made it even more perfect. Again had great service from the team. Cannot rate these guys enough. Wish there was an extra star I could give them. Brilliant staff Paul Ash beki shannon are very professional and friendly. We bought our smax off BCW and its a beautiful car great runner and never had any problems at all. No need to search for finance as it can be done on site. Would definitely return if we needed another car. Highly recommend to anyone looking for their vehicle. Keep doing what you're doing guys!

Fantastic service! I have been struggling to get into a new car due to being in a IVA. I was working with an external company who let me down twice whilst trying to obtain a new car. BCW car sales got me in touch with their finance team and I was in the car the same week. Settled my old finance in 1 day and my new car comes with a 18th month warranty. Brilliant service. Recently bought a Peugeot 308 from this garage, Paul and his staff stayed behind after hours for us to test drive it on the Wednesday. We then bought the car and drove it home on the Thursday. Rrally quick service. Gave me 12 months MOT free of charge, AA Waranty and changed the brakes for free as they came up on the last MOT as an advisory.
