Had black hair for years, always loved silver/grey coloured hair. Asked Emma at Aura Quartz if getting me to Silver could be done. She said yes, it would take time and be costly. Outlined the cost to me, after 9 hours in the chair, this is the stage we were at. Emma decided that we shouldn't compromise the health of my hair, back in the chair for more treatment in 4 weeks. I went here as my daughter had been, and I was impressed with their skill of cutting curly hair. So many hairdressers tell you they can cut curly hair, but in reality are rubbish. Excellent job done, very pleased with it. Service: Hairstyling

I went for the first time today and it was lovely. Very friendly, lovely atmosphere and I'm so happy with how my hair cut and style turned out. Booked in for a colour next week, which I'm looking forward to! Highly recommend. Update: I go there regularly now. Still great.

Been coming to this salon now every week since it opened the owner Emma is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met she goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. I’ve had different styles and colours since going and been 100% satisfied she really does go that extra mile to make sure your satisfied. My mum came to Emma in November and after a good experience my mum booked me in and promised Emma I had a lot of hair I came a week later to have a red balayage done. First time I met Emma the first thing she said “wow that’s a lot of hair” I have never seen a hairdresser so happy as she was to work with my hair. I told her what I wanted and she told me how she would do. It came to about lunch time and she brought me lunch, on this day she had cakes that she had baked and was offering me one. The process took 6 hours constantly saying how much she loved my hair. She looked after me so well. My hair is so thick it takes about 4-6 pots of dye depending if I have it dyed or just a toner as she doesn’t overcharge for how thick you hair as more product are used and she takes time with you. Washes hair amazingly don’t know how she does it I nearly fall asleep every time. She is friendly and chatty with amazing staff. She takes pride in her her work and would never leave a clients hair if it want at its best. Definitely recommend!!! Service: Hair coloring
