Gareth was a very friendly guy who came out and sorted my issue with a wasp nest straight away. He was very informative and explained in detail everything he was going to do to rid me of my wasps. One day later no wasps and jobs a good one. I had a good chat with Gareth after as he is a very genuine and honest family guy who knows his trade bang on. I was put in touch with this firm by word of mouth, from someone I trust. I had had Rentokil out on the past and the service I received from Gareth was by far the superior one. Mice in the house were the problem Gareth explained everything that he did and planned and made 4 visits. He was a pleasure to have in my house and his charges very reasonable and considerably less than Rentokil who came about garden rats. I cannot recommend this firm more highly. I contacted Gareth as hundreds of wasps were coming in and out of the eaves at the side of the house and we were having to race our 4 year old past them. We thought there may be a nest in our loft. Gareth came out within a couple of days to do the job. Turns out there was a large nest nestled at the back of the loft, behind the joist making for a very awkward removal. Gareth was very professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about his job. He turned up exactly when he said he would. Maintained social distancing at all times and was really tidy in his work, leaving no mess behind. Great value for money, genuinely nice guy, would highly recommend to anyone having pest problems. We realised there was a wasps nest behind the fascia board above our kitchen window. After being reassured by the positive reviews, I contacted Gareth who arranged to come the following morning. I cannot praise highly enough his friendly and informative professionalism. The nest was treated via a fine nozzle into the narrow gaps and by the afternoon there were no wasps to be seen.
