We found Joanne via FB after reading some amazing reviews. Audrey, our spaniel is a rescue and Joanne took time to get to know her and gain her trust. Having used Joanne several times this year, Audrey jumps over the wall and is very happy to walk in alone. Joanne kindly keeps us updated with regular photographs. We are already booked in for several visits up to December 2024! It’s a big thing to find someone who is so lovely who we trust. Highly recommended for home from home care and attention 🐶❤️

We spent a long time looking for the perfect person to care for our fur baby. You want the reassurance that when you leave them that they will settle and be happy and safe. You wouldn’t just leave your child with anyone and that’s how we felt about leaving Helga. Jo is the one of the kindest and most patient people you could meet. Our girl didn’t settle straight away, she was anxious as we’d never left her with someone who wasn’t family. Jo supported us and Helga and now it’s just amazing. When I mention Jo’s name, the tail wags and she’s ready to go for her adventures. We are very lucky to have found Jo and I would happily recommend her to anyone looking for doggy daycare 🐶🐾

Joanne and her family are amazing with our 3 cocker spaniels and they’ve had a fantastic time staying with them. Myself and partner have just been away on holiday and this is the first time in the 6 years we’ve had our pups that we’ve been away from them so it goes without saying that we were quite anxious in doing so. We loved Joanne’s boarding service as we knew they were going to be in a nice, warm, family environment that was like a home away from home for them as the idea of kennels was a no go for us. Prior to our pups stay with Joanne, we had a couple of trial visits to ensure they would settle nicely with her and her family (which they did and loved staying) and Joanne was very thorough with collecting all details / feeding plans / emergency contacts / vet details etc, which put our minds to rest knowing they were in such safe hands. When we came to pick them up they didn’t want to leave which just shows how happy and comfortable they all were! We will most definitely only be boarding our pups with Joanne in the future. Joanne has looked after my dog Wilbur for over 6 months. Wilbur loves going there & has lots of fun. Joanne is reliable, flexible and great at what she does. I would highly recommend her.

My 2 Dogs stayed with Joanne for 2 weeks. A 4 year old Lab and a 2 year old energetic cocker. I was kept up to speed daily with photos and anything needed. Collected them this morning and was worried they wouldn’t want to come home. Already booked my next slot and looking at 2024 now.

A lovely homely environment. Our cockapoo is well cared for and we are very happy to leave her with Joanne. Joanne takes the doggies for regular walks and often shares photos of these walks with the pet owners.

Joanne provides the best daycare for my dog Gilly. She has her weekly and for overnight boarding and would highly recommend her to everyone. Gilly absolutely loves to go and Joanne always puts their safety first!

Jo is by far the best doggie daycare. For her this isn't just a job it's part of her DNA. She took care of my baby in the last year's of his life and, I felt, enabled him to carry on longer than he might possibly have. With her support we kept Jaspie going in a bubble of love.
